Drilon, MD, of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, discusses the many different types of cancer in adults and children in which NTRK fusions may play a role, including secretory cancer of the breast or salivary glands, congenital mesoblastic nephroma, and congenital fibrous blastoma. Among the more common cancers are lung, breast, gastrointestinal, different types of sarcomas, primary brain tumors, and thyroid.
